The Motive

Meaningful:

Aggry Beads are with the people of Ghana throughout every stage of their life – worn by both genders and given as a token of love, good fortune and guidance.

 

         

Ethical:

We work with local artisan entrepreneurs from a little village in the Eastern region Ghana. Helping them to build their business through regular fair trade, as well as improve their production capacity, and sustainably increase income.

 

Sustainable: 

We believe that heritage practices can be employed sustainably — our artisans use locally-sourced and eco-friendly materials whenever possible, such as recycled glass and brass as well as natural colour dyes obtained from fruit and plants grown locally in Ghana.
